Every Business operation needs some basic datum which are processed in their transactions.  These Basic datum are usually maintained by storing in a common table or ledger.  Similarly to store these details, which helps in transactions, these masters are provided.  You can add the details which can be used in transactions and which also eases the process of transactions.

Note: The Details stored in the Masters are used in turn in transactions. So while storing data in these masters much care is required.  Mostly in all cases the items stored in masters must be unique and much care should be taken because, the entries in masters cannot be deleted after using them in transactions.

The masters that are present in Order Processing System are listed.  Click on the link below for a detailed description and working of each master.

• Colour Master

• Size Master

• Manufacturer Master

• Transport Master

• Article Master

• Billing Address Master

• Customer Master

 

To Work with any Master select the "Masters" item from the Main menu, or just press (Alt+M) in the keyboard which displays a list of masters and the desired master can be selected.  Each master consists of Operations for working with records such as New, Modify, Delete.  Each operation is ended by using the Save method.  Any Operation can be cancelled at any time by using the Cancel option. A Print method is also provided to print that particular record.
