Input
A designated representative of your company sends us the monthly input via fax or e-mail. Input includes overtime hours, travel claims, changes in medical aid and retirement fund information, changes in employees’ personal information and banking details, leave transactions, etc.
Process
Input is processed on the Genuine Infotech Payroll System. A technical expert reviews the processed payroll. Summary reports are forwarded to the contact person at your company to be signed off. As soon as we received the signed off reports your company is supplied with a breakdown of the amounts to be transferred into your salaries bank account. An electronic ACB file is created and forwarded to your company via Certified Mail.
This file can be imported into your banking software to transfer net salaries directly into employees' bank accounts.
Medical aid and pension reconciliations, as well as reconciliations for other applicable external payments are done.
Output
Payslips are printed for each employee and are distributed to the designated contact person at your company. We supplies you with hard copy and/or electronic reports that are customised to your company's needs.
We completes your monthly EMP201 return for PAYE, UIF and SDL on-line. You are notified via e-mail as soon as the return is ready for submission. You then submit the file electronically at the click of a button. Your company receives a schedule of all payments to be made to external parties. An electronic integration journal interface file is distributed to your company via Certified Mail.
You supply with your salaries bank account statements. The salaries bank account is reconciled to the payments requested. We drafts a cash statement for your company's salaries bank account.
Feedback
During the first three months of the relationship a monthly meeting will be arranged
to ensure that all your needs are addressed.
After the first three months a quarterly service review will be conducted to ensure that the outsourcing solution is in line with your on-going requirements.
